We provide ongoing training and tools, which make it easy for you to carry out our structured curriculum.</p> <p>Responsibilities for a Substitute Instructor</p> <ul> <li>Deliver engaging lectures with the help of Lincoln Tech's standardized curriculum. </li><li>Provide practical training ensuring periodic maintenance of equipment. </li><li>Evaluate and communicate student performance in a timely manner. </li></ul> <p>Requirements for a Substitute Instructor</p> <ul> <li>The necessary academic credentials and work-related experience mandated by the company, state, accreditation, and any other regulatory agencies that monitor compliance </li><li>Certified or licensed where required by law </li><li>Minimum of three years of related practical work experience in the subject area(s) taught (excluding teaching experience) </li><li>Strong communication skills (verbal and written) </li><li>Computer skills </li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment </li></ul> <p>About Us</p> <p>Founded in 1919, NADC (Nashville Auto-Diesel College) has over 100 years of career training history in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee.
