<p>Employer: EverCommerce Solutions Inc.</p> <p>Job Title: Lead Software Engineer</p> <p>Salary: $197,863.00 per year</p> <p>Headquarters Address: 3601 Walnut Street, Suite 400, Denver, CO 80205</p> <p>Worksite location: This is a fully remote position with unanticipated worksites.</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <p>Build a technology platform within our DrChrono EHR Group that enables medical practices of all sizes to make care more informed, more personalized, more interactive, and more adaptable.</p> <p>Develop high-traffic, scalable, accessible, HIPAA-compliant systems using Relational Databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MariaDB and modern frontends using Javascript/Typescript framework in React, Angular, or View or similar.</p> <p>Work alongside other developers, quality assurance testers, and product owners on one of our agile teams to deliver a highly stable, quality software product to our customers using Javascript/Typescript.</p> <p>Act as a technical leader and provide direction on technical/product decisions and Engineering best practices while mentoring others on the DrChrono team.</p> <p>Determine, codify, roll out, and advocate technical standards across multiple teams by developing code with strong WCAG/addressability adherence.</p> <p>Develop high-quality Javascript/Typescript code that has been sufficiently unit-tested.</p> <p>Build, maintain and roll out highly reusable and composable Javascript/Typescript component library with strong responsive/accessibility adherence.</p> <p>Design and implement new application features and improvements to existing features based on defined project requirements in Javascript/Typescript.</p> <p>Act as a subject matter expert on multiple high-priority projects, providing technical guidance to delivery teams and working with the architecture services team to define and maintain technical design documentation.</p> <p>Design, contribute and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple existing and greenfield projects using modern CI tooling- Docker, Git and modern CI tooling including CircleCI and GitHub Actions.</p> <p>Develop and maintain code style guides and code review reference material.</p> <p>Identify and drive improvement opportunities related to our processes, tools, methodologies, and overall quality of our product.</p> <p>Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by the Test and Customer Support teams.</p> <p>Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a closely related field.</p> <p>Experience required: 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer, or closely related occupation.</p> <p>Special Requirements:</p> <p>Demonstrable ability and prior experience in:</p> <ul> <li>Developing high-traffic, scalable, HIPAA-compliant systems in Javascript/Typescript; </li><li>Building modern frontends using Javascript/Typescript framework using at least one of the following: React, Angular, or Vue; </li><li>At least one of the following Relational Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL or MariaDB; </li><li>Docker, Git and modern CI tooling including CircleCI and GitHub Actions; </li><li>Developing Javascript/Typescript code with strong WCAG/accessibility adherence; </li><li>Engineering best practices and ability to roll out and advocate technical standards across multiple teams; </li><li>Developing and maintaining code style guides and code review reference material; </li><li>Developing high-quality Javascript/Typescript code that has been sufficiently unit-tested. </li></ul> <p>Travel Requirements: None</p> <p>Work Hours: Full time, 40 hours/week minimum.
