When applicable, employees must be able to adjust the essential functions they perform appropriately to the age of their patient/customer. #Demonstrates basic knowledge of care of the peri-operative/procedure patient. #Assesses patient status systematically and anticipates and responds to changes in patient clinical condition. Reports pertinent observations or changes to appropriate physicians and/or clinical lead and implements emergency procedures as necessary. #Demonstrates knowledge of arrhythmia recognition and treatment modalities. #Administers medications and performs treatments as ordered. #Maintains complete and accurate documentation. #Ability to assess, treat and/or care for patients with regard to age. Endoscopy treats adolescent to geriatric. #Actively seeks the participation of members of the health care team and patient#s family to ensure continuity of care. #Prepares specimens and lab forms for laboratory analysis.
