The Receptionist position is a unique opportunity for a customer service focused individual who wants to make a difference in the addiction treatment field by ensuring seamless access to services and acting as the first impression of the organization.Benefits that start day-1!Schedule: Full Time (30 Hours) - Friday: 3p-10:30p, Saturday: 7a-10:30p, Sunday: 3p-10:30p The Receptionist's Responsibilities Are:Answers switchboard, directing calls and taking messages as appropriateProcess Notice of Admissions Arrivals and obtain authorizations from a variety of insurance carriers and complete disenrollment's of clients from treatment.Completes Post Discharge Contact Calls to clients with follow up from treatment.Greets visitors and notifies appropriate staff of their arrival.Notifies manager or nurse on duty of any issues or emergencies in the waiting area.Responsible for handling clients' drop offs from friends and family members following proper procedure.Responsible for direct client care as neededAdditional related duties as assigned. Qualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.A minimum of 6 months' experience in a related field is preferred.Experience with Excel, Word, and electronic health records preferred. Pay Range: $18.50 - $22.55The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
