Great working environment.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>The Senior Director Corporate Controller will oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions </li><li>Ensures accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP, IFRS and company policies </li><li>Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts </li><li>Develop and maintain internal controls </li><li>Lead and mentor and develop the accounting team </li><li>Serve as primary contact for external auditors during annual audits </li><li>Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making by senior management </li><li>Take charge accounting systems and tools driving enhancements to improve report and operational efficiency </li><li>The Senior Director Corporate Controller will work closely with other departments, finance, operations and legal to support organizational goals and objectives </li><li>Stay up to date with new accounting applications and best practices* 10+ years of experience </li><li>Managerial experience is required </li><li>Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements </li><li>Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, great communication verbal and written </li><li>Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams </li><li>Proficiency in financial software and SAP experience preferred </li></ul>
