As a member of our team, you'll be part of a company that values results, caring and learning.</p> <p>What will you be doing?</p> <ul> <li>Retail candidate networking: Source, recruit, and network with potential candidates using various methods such as social media, ATS (Dayforce), job boards, networking events, career fairs, and other community connections </li><li>Position ownership: Own all assigned open positions for our Famous Footwear stores ensuring they are filled in a timely manner while providing the best candidate, hiring manager, and HR experience during every stage of the hiring process </li><li>Fit assessment: Conduct interviews via phone/video to determine interest, experience, and overall fit </li><li>Team collaboration: Work together with Talent team to stay current of technology, recruitment trends and best practices and recommend/participate with solutions to improve recruitment process to attract candidates across the enterprise </li><li>Store communication: Communicate effectively with store managers and other field leaders on overall staffing needs and challenges for Famous Footwear locations along with other retail partners </li></ul> <p>Perks you will enjoy!</p> <ul> <li>Our Shoe Discounts.
