Ensures scheduling matters are handled consistently and fairly.</p> </li><li> <p>Tracks and monitors staff attendance and performance metrics, such as punctuality and overtime hours. Notifies supervisor of concerns, when appropriate.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures that worked hours, overtime hours, shift differential, bonus pay, paid time off, bereavement, jury duty and department/unit transfers are appropriately documented on the employee schedule and timecard. Assists with PBJ reporting, as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Identifies and communicates trends and areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize scheduling efficiency and staff satisfaction.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides training and support to staff members on scheduling procedures, timekeeping systems, and relevant policies.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborates with leadership to develop and manage the scheduling budget, including forecasting staff needs, monitoring labor costs, and identifying opportunities for cost savings based on current census.</p> </li><li> <p>Proactively identify opportunities to streamline scheduling processes, enhance communication channels and improve overall operational effectiveness.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ol> <p>Shift Details:</p> <p>Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.</p> <p>On-call Monday through Friday</p> <p>Who You Are:</p> <ul> <li>Required: QMA certification, high school diploma or GED equivalent, at least three years of experience in staff scheduling or relevant experience and prior experience using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite. </li><li>Preferred: associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field and prior experience in a healthcare or senior living setting. </li></ul> <p>Westminster Village North is an equal opportunity employer.
