<p>What to Expect</p> <p>We are currently seeking to fill the position of Security Officer within our Sparks Nevada team. The ideal candidate has a bias for action and consistently demonstrates excellence. They will be, trustworthy, professional, adaptable to change, have strong situational awareness and be customer service oriented. Candidates must have a problem-solving mindset and exercise attention to detail in the performance of their duties. This position may include work on nights, weekends, and holidays.</p> <p>Available Shift:</p> <p>C Shift: 7:45PM - 8:15AM (15% pay differential)</p> <p>Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday</p> <p>Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Work with internal stakeholders to understand the risks Tesla's faces and build effective programs to mitigate these risks </li><li>Provide on-going security recommendations during design, construction, and any type of site refresh; Drive digital business transformation by identifying and supporting adoption of new technologies and tools </li><li>Establish projections for and reconcile security spends, minimizing variance between projected and actual spend, driving efficiencies to create a financially sustainable security practice </li><li>Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement and regional first responders; Support and manage vendor relationships including key performance tracking, accountability, and cost effectiveness </li><li>Proactively identify, develop, and implement additional security strategies to meet the unique needs of the Tesla business.
