Within the department, the Contact Center Team Leader provides leadership and direction to internal teams who support customer resources. The ideal candidate must have strong customer service, supervisory, and decision-making skills. They must display professionalism in a fast-paced environment and are considered the subject matter expert for all payroll research and problem resolution.</p> <p>In Publix's corporate offices, we value in-person interactions, similar to those our store associates have with customers.
