<p>Job Title</p> <p>Resource Manager/ Sr Operation Manager</p> <p>Job Description Summary</p> <ul> <li>Support the Region and Regional Client Delivery Lead through the following: </li></ul> <p>o Utilizing technology to create repository for statistics</p> <p>o Creation / management of Executive SharePoint for all PSC aspects</p> <p>o Learning & DevelopmentTraining</p> <p>o Internal/external talent strategy</p> <p>o Creation of tracker for Talent Movement / Talent Acquisition</p> <p>Job Description</p> <ul> <li>Partner with Enterprise Solutions to understand PSC solutions for new business accounts, and serve as talent liaison between the business and ES and TA </li><li>Support regional requests for PSC support of enterprise accounts by regular interface with other regional leads and account leadsor markets through staffing </li><li>Bridge Allocation dashboard, finance dashboard, statistics dashboard to create and manage real time information for leadership and sales </li><li>Manage requisition process / entry by working with Finance, HR and EAD/Ads in the PSC </li><li>Support markets teams requesting resources out of the PSC; solutioning and staffing </li><li>Work to identify top talent and focus on the development and retention of these key players through a formalized program </li><li>Partner with University Recruiting lead to ensure the PSC is appropriately represented on boards, etc. at all campuses where we recruit </li><li>Lead efforts related to Intern programs </li><li>Manage Staffing resources once allocated to or needs on Broker led accounts in the PSC accounts and/or business outside of the PSC; career progression and mentorship </li><li>Employee tracking for allocation, service line distinction, titles, etc </li><li>Support PSC and firm-wide DE&I initiatives </li></ul> <p>Cushman & Wakefield is an Equal Opportunity employer to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
