<p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports multi-site recruiting and hiring, ensuring a consistent, positive candidate experience from application through onboarding. This role partners with HR and plant leadership to deliver timely, high-volume hiring for hourly and skilled-trades positions in a fast-paced environment.</p> <ul> <li>This is a 3-6 month contract position. This position is remote with the ability to be onsite as needed. </li></ul> <p>Considering local candidates only.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Recruiting Process Coordination & Support</p> <ul> <li>Schedule interviews and align hiring teams across locations. </li><li>Maintain consistent processes, documentation, and candidate communications to support timely hiring. </li><li>Partner with staffing agencies, trade schools, workforce partners, and referral programs to reach a broader talent pool. </li><li>Build working knowledge of manufacturing roles to support screening and candidate alignment. </li><li>Coordinate onsite/off-shift interviews, tours, and interview logistics. </li><li>Support offer coordination and pre-employment processes. </li></ul> <p>Applicant Tracking System (ATS) & Reporting</p> <ul> <li>Maintain accurate requisition and candidate records in the ATS. </li><li>Post openings to job boards, the company site, and workforce platforms. </li><li>Track recruiting activity (applicant flow, interview progress, time-to-fill) and provide basic reports. </li></ul> <p>Onboarding & Compliance Coordination</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires across facilities. </li><li>Ensure completion of pre-employment checks and required employment documentation. </li><li>Partner with HR and site leadership to deliver a consistent first-day and onboarding experience. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required; associate's/bachelor's in HR or related field preferred. </li><li>1-3 years of recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative experience. </li><li>Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills; able to manage multiple requisitions across locations/shifts. </li><li>Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including automation, AI-enabled features, and workflow tools to improve recruiting efficiency. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience</p> <ul> <li>Experience supporting high volume recruiting within the manufacturing industry. </li><li>ADP Workforce Now experience. </li><li>Familiarity with skilled trades roles and workforce partners/agencies. </li></ul> <p>Key Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Communicates clearly and provides responsive, timely, customer-focused support. </li><li>Handles sensitive information with discretion. </li><li>Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Resourceful, self-directed problem solver. </li><li>Builds strong working relationships and partners effectively across HR, plant leadership, and hiring teams. </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions</p> <ul> <li>Occasional travel between sites and flexibility for off-shift interviews/hiring events as needed. </li><li>Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. </li></ul> <p>Success Measures</p> <ul> <li>Interviews scheduled/completed on time </li><li>Positive candidate and hiring manager feedback, experience score >4.5/5 </li><li>Reduced time-to-fill for hourly and skilled roles </li><li>Accurate ATS data and reporting </li><li>Smooth onboarding and early retention of new hires </li></ul> <p>Compensation: $27 - $32/hr.</p> <p>Due to ITAR regulations, only U.S. persons-defined as U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders), and U.S. nationals-are eligible for this position.</p> <ul> <li>We are an Equal Employment Opportunity ("EEO") Employer.
