<p>Returns Quality Associate</p> <p>Rincon, GA</p> <p>Serena & Lily is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Returns Quality Associate to join our operations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for processing customer returned goods and ensuring they meet Serena & Lily's high standards before returning them to inventory. You will inspect, clean, repack, restore, rework, and sort products in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Receive and process returned merchandise efficiently </li><li>Inspect products for defects or damage and determine eligibility for rework </li><li>Repackage, clean, and restore products to meet brand quality standards </li><li>Sort and categorize returned goods for inventory, rework, or disposal </li><li>Conduct quality checks and document audit results </li><li>Use basic hand tools and cleaning equipment safely and effectively </li><li>Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and quality goals </li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment </li><li>Follow all Serena & Lily safety policies and warehouse protocols </li></ul> <p>QUALFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred </li><li>Previous warehouse, returns, reverse logistics or quality assurance experience is a plus </li><li>Ability to use basic tools such as box cutters, screwdrivers, and handheld equipment </li><li>Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality </li><li>Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented </li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) as needed. </li><li>Capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions involved in repair tasks. </li></ul> <p>COMPENSATION:</p> <ul> <li>$20/hr </li><li>Employee discounts on Serena & Lily products. </li><li>A supportive and creative work environment. </li></ul>
