You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job. </li><li>Commissions for new leases and renewals. </li><li>A 100% one-bedroom Apartment Discount Benefit option is available to live on-site at the community you are working. </li><li>Additional Benefits listed below. </li></ul> <p>What You Will Do</p> <ul> <li>Lead and develop a team of at least 2 direct reports </li><li>Provide exemplary service to residents and team members </li><li>Responsible for the property budget, increasing revenue, and achievement of operational and financial goals </li><li>Manage leasing and maintenance team members, facilitates leasing activities, revenue growth, resident satisfaction as well as adherence to legal standards and company policies. </li></ul>
