<p>Summary:</p> <p>Adtaxi is seeking a Social Campaign Manager to execute paid social media campaigns across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat, focusing on strategic planning and ROI optimization, with proficiency in Meta Business Manager.</p> <ul> <li>This is a remote role but you must reside in one of the following states: CO, FL, MA, MN, OH, PA, TX. </li></ul> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Execute paid social media marketing campaigns for a variety of clients across Meta, Instagram, TikTok & Snapchat</p> </li><li> <p>Gather assets in Salesforce, auditing the assets and setting up social campaigns in platform</p> </li><li> <p>Clearly understand and communicate the needs of an advertiser into a strategic plan created for their performance goals</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor pacing and delivery to ensure campaigns are on track to deliver the allocated budget</p> </li><li> <p>Understand advertiser goals, market position and expectations to tailor a digital strategy</p> </li><li> <p>Extend optimization and strategic efforts beyond click-through rate, utilizing our suite of customized conversion tracking and analytics tools to focus on advertiser ROI</p> </li><li> <p>Focus on advertiser ROI setting and beating benchmark returns month over month</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a thorough understanding of Tag Management</p> </li></ul> <p>What you will bring:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor Degree or equivalent working experience</p> </li><li> <p>1+ years of Paid Social Media ad buying experience; serious about managing paid social campaigns on several platforms</p> </li><li> <p>Have extensive Meta Business Manager experience</p> </li><li> <p>Enjoy 'getting into the weeds' about paid campaign strategy and analytics</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work independently and in a team environment, along with excellent verbal and written communications skills</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and show strong attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Possess exceptional time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple and ongoing tasks</p> </li><li> <p>Have agency experience or similar background working with multiple advertiser accounts</p> </li></ul> <p>The annual salary range is $53,000 - $56,485. This role is eligible for a bonus based on performance.
