<p>Required Qualifications (as evidenced by an attached resume):</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree (foreign equivalent or higher). Administrative experience. Prior experience with administration of SARAS program.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <p>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.</p> <p>Brief Description of Duties:</p> <p>Administrative support, frequently of a complex and confidential nature.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare reading material for lectures and workshops </li><li>Coordinate with lunch caterers to arrange food every day </li><li>Prepare mailing lists, labels, certificates (training and program) </li><li>Coordinate with workshop faculty to set up labs </li><li>Conduct competitions and quizzes </li><li>Take attendance every day and manage teams (7) of 125 students </li><li>Coordinate the arrival and departure of transport buses </li><li>Interact with participants as well as their parents during the interaction sessions </li><li>As and if needed, coordinate with clinical staff to provide immediate care </li><li>Record videos and take photos during the 3 weeks of the program </li><li>Provide daily updates (schedule changes/photos/videos) to the webmaster </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Special Notes:</p> <p>The Research Foundation of SUNY is a private educational corporation.
