<p>Executive Assistant, Human Resources</p> <p>Pella, IA (On-Site)</p> <p>We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support both our EVP & CHRO and VP, Business HR and act as a liaison between the Executive and the HR Organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and enjoys being a trusted advisor to executives.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Offer a consultative approach to calendar management:</p> </li><li> <p>Optimize executive office time by consolidating meetings when appropriate, protecting time through gatekeeping, and prioritizing incoming requests.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with PowerPoint Presentations.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage work related expenses and budgets.</p> </li><li> <p>Plan and coordinate travel itineraries.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items.</p> </li><li> <p>Draft and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify issues and develop effective solutions independently and with discretion.</p> </li><li> <p>Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences; both on and offsite (Minimal travel is possible).</p> </li><li> <p>Support and/or lead special projects and initiatives as needed:</p> </li><li> <p>Annual Chairmans Club Dinner.</p> </li><li> <p>HR Projects as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience as an EA, providing support to an Executive. </li><li>High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality. </li><li>Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication abilities. </li><li>Proven track record of building positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels. </li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. </li><li>Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. </li><li>Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & SharePoint (Emphasis on Outlook and PowerPoint). </li><li>Champion, role model, and embed Pella's Culture (Care Boldly, Learn Rapidly, Drive Results). </li></ul>
