<p>Who are we?</p> <p>3D PLUS USA, INC. a HEICO subsidiary (www.heico.com, NYSE HEI), is a distributor of electronic modules for 3D PLUS France to US and Canada.</p> <p>Who are we looking for?</p> <p>We are seeking a talented Controller and Office Manager to join our growing team at 3D PLUS USA, INC.</p> <p>Core Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Financial Reporting: Prepare and publish accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards. </li><li>Day-to-Day Accounting: Oversee accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), and payroll departments. </li><li>Audit & Control: Develop, monitor, and enforce internal controls to protect assets and ensure the integrity of financial data. Coordinate both internal and external audits. </li><li>Compliance: Manage federal, state, and local tax filings, as well as regulatory and licensing requirements. </li><li>Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist leadership in the annual budgeting process, monitor performance, and report on budget variances. </li><li>Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor the accounting and finance staff </li></ul> <p>Administrative:</p> <ul> <li>Manage staff of 3 </li><li>Cross-functional training of staff </li><li>Manage customers platforms - ensuring reps and certs are up to date, quotes & POs are generated and acknowledged </li><li>Organizing and coordinating Annual US Sales Meeting </li><li>On-boarding new hire in ADP </li><li>Payroll Processing </li><li>Benefits administration </li><li>Ad hoc projects </li></ul> <p>Key qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience: Typically requires 7+ years in accounting or finance, with proven management experience. </li><li>Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required. </li><li>Technical Proficiencies: Advanced understanding of US GAAP, SOX Compliance, Revenue Recognistion and hands-on expertise with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (e.g. QuickBooks, Floqast, Planning Analytics).
