Your adventure begins now-unleash your potential with MANTECH!</p> <p>MANTECH seeks a highly experienced and mission-focused Lead Software Engineer to join our CNO team in Aurora, CO.</p> <p>As a Senior Software Engineer on our team, you will play a key role in developing advanced CNO capabilities that directly support national security. You'll work in a collaborative environment focused on solving complex technical challenges in support of our customer's most critical missions.</p> <p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Design and develop new hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities</p> </li><li> <p>Independently contribute to the design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma and 11+ years of technical work experience, or </li></ul> <p>BS Degree in a technical discipline and 7+ years of technical work experience</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in Python or C/C++ programming</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with troubleshooting and debugging complex systems</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with networking (TCP/IP) and socket-level programming</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience developing CNO capabilities </li><li>Experience in software analysis or reverse engineering </li><li>Experience in low-level internals in one or more platforms (e.g., Windows, Unix, mobile, or network devices) </li><li>Experience with programming in assembly languages </li></ul> <p>Clearance Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/Polygraph security clearance and be willing and able to obtain another polygraph prior to start, if required. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time </li></ul> <p>The projected compensation range for this position is $126,300.00-$210,300.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
