During every interaction, we display three behaviors:</p> <ul> <li>Smile, display energy and open body language </li><li>Proactively greet team members and guests, initiating interaction to provide service </li><li>Always use a positive parting remark to end the conversation </li></ul> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Greets and services customers in accordance with established guest service standards. </li><li>Handles financial transactions including exchanging cash for slot tickets, performing credit checks, and cashing checks. </li><li>Processes checks. </li><li>Computes, classifies, records, and verifies cash and coin according to specific policies and procedures and guest service standards. </li><li>Provides even exchange of cash and exchanges of receipts for cash. Processes jackpots. Provides change and breaks down bills. </li><li>Balances funds and assets at end of work shift. </li><li>Responsible for sports wagering ticket redemption at a dedicated cage window. </li><li>Ability to work as a Sportsbook Writer before or after a scheduled shift in addition to days off. </li><li>Responds to guest questions and concerns. </li><li>Complies with all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and its regulations including, but not limited to, Title 31 Cash Transactions, Suspicious Activity Reporting and Customer Identification requirements. </li><li>Performs all other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age or older. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>One or more years cashier or related experience preferred. </li><li>Must be available to work flexible shift, weekends and holidays. </li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing. </li></ul> <p>Physical and Mental Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Regularly required to see, talk or hear; stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms. </li><li>Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. </li><li>Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor under frequently fast paced work conditions </li></ul>
