<p>Position Summary</p> <p>As an ITSM Solutions Developer, you will be part of a dedicated team that plays a critical role in ETF's modernization efforts. You will lead the collection of technical and business requirements and tailor our ITSM tool to the needs of the organization. You will provide training for end users and administrators to increase the ITSM tool's adoption and ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly. If interested in hybrid remote/office work, this can be discussed in more detail during the interview process. The selected employee(s) must report to ETF's office on the first day of employment. In addition, the employee will need to report to ETF twice a month and on short notice as operational needs require. All employees are expected to be headquartered and work within the state of Wisconsin.</p> <p>ETF does not sponsor work visas.
