<p>We are seeking a Financial Analyst for our Philadelphia, PA office to support the Asset Management team in identifying opportunities within the portfolio, conducting due diligence, market research across target markets and tracking performance. The Analyst will report directly to the Vice President of Asset Management.</p> <p>Independence Realty Trust, Inc (NYSE: IRT) is a publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns and operates multifamily apartments.
