<p>Overview:</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Complete quality reviews and mailing of MICR and TRA correspondence. </li><li>Provide phone support for internal calls. </li><li>Provide assistance with moderate training within the department. </li><li>Process adjustments between banks via appropriate online systems. </li><li>Resolve routine adjustment-related problems independently and within established procedures; escalate more complex problems to management. </li><li>Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management. </li><li>Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand. </li><li>Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable. </li><li>Complete other related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Scope of Responsibilities:</p> <p>Supervisor/Managerial Responsibilities:</p> <p>Education and Experience Required:</p> <p>Associates' degree, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 2 years' higher education and/or work experience</p> <p>Proven data entry skills</p> <p>Proven personal computer skills</p> <p>Education and Experience Preferred:</p> <p>Some post-high school education</p> <p>Minimum of 3 years' banking experience within an operations unit or the department</p> <p>Reconciliation skills</p> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <p>M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees.
