We've been a leader in the expansion of cost-effective, renewable energy in the Pacific Northwest.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Solar Installers at Neil Kelly play a key role in delivering high-quality residential and commercial solar PV systems. You'll work closely with project managers, lead installers, and electricians to:</p> <ul> <li>Assemble and stage materials for installations and service work. </li><li>Carry out all phases of rooftop solar installations </li><li>Assist electricians with wiring and system connections. </li><li>Ensure jobsites and vehicles are clean, safe, and well-stocked. </li><li>Comply with local jurisdiction and utility installation requirements. </li><li>Operate within Neil Kelly's safety standards and participate in regular trainings. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <p>You're a dependable, safety-conscious individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
