Non-remote.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>As a Quality Control Coordinator, you will ensure TEG Excellence through various Quality Control measures such as: In-shop QC, On-site Punch Walkthroughs, Demo Support, "Warranty" Trips, and Renovation & Improvement Scoping.</p> <p>Pay & Benefits:</p> <ul> <li> <p>$18-20/hr Starting Compensation</p> </li><li> <p>Regular 5 hours of weekly overtime</p> </li><li> <p>Eligible for HQ Bonus</p> </li><li> <p>Eligible for TEG HQ Full Time Benefits as outlined here.</p> </li><li> <p>8 Paid Holidays + 15 PTO Days for vacation, sick or bereavement use</p> </li></ul> <p>Hours & Schedule:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Expected Weekly Hours: 40 - Friday plus weekends (depends on installation schedule, weekend work often includes accompanying rest/off days during the upcoming workweek)</p> </li><li> <p>Emergency Travel: As needed, could include nights & weekends with extended hours</p> </li><li> <p>Oncall: Yes (Available for calls about team projects and other necessary team questions)</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Production Quality Control</p> </li><li> <p>Create documentation of produced components.</p> </li><li> <p>Help to create and maintain QC documents for current and future experiences.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform the QC function as needed / requested by TEG Manufacturing</p> </li><li> <p>Component Design Audits & Changes</p> </li><li> <p>Audit requests for design changes based on safety, functionality, and aesthetics and offer suggested solutions to necessary stakeholders</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate any approved changes through the design, testing, and implementation steps to ensure follow through with all necessary departments.</p> </li><li> <p>Request and facilitate manufacturing or installation changes to TEG Production and Deployment teams as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>General Launch Preparation</p> </li><li> <p>Review Floor Plans : Test Fit, Store Layout, and 90%.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide feedback about possible game play or operational issues as well as identify sight specific components.</p> </li><li> <p>Onsite Punch Walkthroughs</p> </li><li> <p>Generate a clear list of items that need to be completed before the store/games are handed over to operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Through sign-offs, ensure every item on the list is complete.</p> </li><li> <p>Generate hand-off details if an item is not going to be addressed.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with the project managers and Lead Technicians on-site to find creative solutions to the issues on the above list.</p> </li><li> <p>Create documentation for a clean transition to operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain Installation Documentation, such as the Master Installation Checklist and Installation Guide,</p> </li><li> <p>Refine through on-site observations and facilitating conversations after every installation.</p> </li><li> <p>Onsite Demo Support</p> </li><li> <p>Transfer knowledge to Product Care and local management team about game functionality, storage, and maintenance.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure Product Care Operational Systems are in place at the store to encourage best practices for maintaining our facilities and games.</p> </li><li> <p>Support urgent game malfunctions as they arise during the demo process.</p> </li><li> <p>Generate site specific documentation for each new store/game launch to assist in the ongoing care for the game(s)/store(s).</p> </li><li> <p>Be an ambassador of TEG's brand during the onboarding and training of new team members!</p> </li><li> <p>Post Open Support (30-60 Day "Warranty" Period)</p> </li><li> <p>Generate a list of Items to be addressed - TEGB, Tech, or Contractor needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform on-site fixes or facilitate repairs through contractor partnerships.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform as needed store visits during the first year of a deployment.</p> </li><li> <p>Renovation & Improvement Projects (As Needed)</p> </li><li> <p>Travel and generate a list of items below TEG Standards of Excellence</p> </li><li> <p>Generate budget proposals for all items</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate repairs with internal and external parties</p> </li><li> <p>Travel to verify list execution & completion</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience with Google Sheets / CSVs and using formulas</p> </li><li> <p>A love for escape rooms and interactive media</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, flexible with tasks</p> </li><li> <p>Contagiously positive, can-do attitude</p> </li><li> <p>Loves to "win"</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational and interpersonal skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication skills -
