Our success depends on people who are committed to our purpose and have an appetite for progress.</p> <p>Your 'day to day':</p> <p>We're currently seeking a Manager, Employee & Labor Relations BP to support our manufacturing facility in Aurora, Colorado. In this role, you'll be instrumental in encouraging a positive and productive workplace by strengthening employee engagement, ensuring fair and consistent practices, and reinforcing our direct relationship with the workforce. We're looking for a top-tier professional with strong experience navigating critical employee matters, applying employment law in practical settings, and advising leaders in a fast-paced, operational environment.</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement employee & labor relations strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. </li><li>Provide ER guidance and case management for people leaders across the site, with a focus on performance, behavior and policy alignment. </li><li>Conduct impartial workplace investigations into allegations of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, or policy violations, ensuring legal and policy compliance. </li><li>Support leaders, in handling performance improvement plans, coaching conversations, and corrective action in a fair and consistent manner. </li><li>Supervise ER case trends, identify risks, and recommend process improvements to enhance workplace culture and reduce liability. </li><li>Serve as a strategic partner in sustaining a workplace culture where employees feel heard, supported, and engaged-reducing employee relations risks through early interventions, strong leadership support, and consistent application of policies. </li><li>Develop and deliver training for people managers on ER-related topics such as conflict resolution, investigations, and policy application. </li><li>Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and HR teams on sophisticated cases, including regulatory inquiries and external claims (e.g., EEOC). </li><li>Stay informed of changes in employment law and ensure ongoing policy and process alignment. </li><li>Support organizational change efforts while maintaining open and productive employee relations. </li></ul> <p>Who we're looking for:</p> <ul> <li>Legally authorized to work in the U.S. </li><li>Must be located in, or willing to relocate to, the Aurora, CO area. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in human resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred; JD also highly desirable. </li><li>7+ years of experience in Employee & labor Relations or HR roles with focus on workplace investigations, compliance, and performance coaching. </li><li>High-level understanding of union dynamics and experience in fostering a positive, work environment. </li><li>Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, etc.) and investigative protocols. </li><li>Experience working in a manufacturing or operations-based environment preferred. </li></ul> <p>Annual Base Salary Range: $149,600 - $187,000</p> <p>What we offer:</p> <ul> <li>We offer a competitive base salary, annual bonus (applicable based on level of position), great medical, dental and vision coverage, 401k with a generous company match, incredible wellness benefits, commuter benefits, pet insurance, generous PTO, and much more! </li><li>We have implemented Smart Work, a hybrid model of working that promotes flexibility in the workplace. </li><li>Seize the freedom to define your future and ours.
