Flexible Scheduling. Therapist can choose their own hours, and days that work best for their schedule. But this position will require at least 2 shifts per week (3-hour minimum shift) between the hours of 3-8pm. This position will carry out established treatment plans focusing on improving mobility, increasing strength, and other physical therapy related goals with various populations.</p> <p>Patients and families: Provide patient assessment, care, and information. Address concerns and complaints. Project a positive image of the departmental and hospital Physicians: and other healthcare team members: Promote coordination of care. Address concerns and complaints Community and Business: Provide education.</p> <p>EDUCATION</p> <ul> <li>Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program. </li></ul> <p>EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>None </li></ul> <p>LICENSURE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION</p> <ul> <li>Current NC Board of Physical Therapy Examiners: Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligible. </li></ul> <p>OTHER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Analytical abilities to delegate personnel, problem solve with positive solutions. Good interpersonal and communication skills required to facilitate interactions with stated customers and staff members. </li></ul> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT</p> <ul> <li>Exposure to bloodborne pathogens, temperature changes and occasional noxious odors.
