<p>Summary:</p> <p>The Manager of Digital Marketing plays a pivotal role in advancing the organization's digital presence by leading high-impact digital projects that align with business goals. This position is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of a wide range of digital initiatives, including website development, mobile applications, and online advertising. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, innovative, and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</p> <p>This role works cross-functionally with designers, developers, marketing specialists, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at a high standard of quality. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, broad digital knowledge, proven project management experience, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Collaboration and stakeholder engagement are central to the position, with a focus on coordinating cross-team efforts and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.</p> <p>The primary focus of this role is to elevate the organization's digital effectiveness, optimize online user experiences, and support leasing and marketing efforts through data-driven insights and efficient digital solutions.</p> <p>Essential Duties:</p> <p>Digital Project Management</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage the full lifecycle of digital projects including websites, mobile apps, and other marketing platforms. </li><li>Define scope, goals, timelines, and budgets; establish clear project deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. </li><li>Create and maintain detailed project plans with milestones, dependencies, and critical paths to ensure timely delivery. </li></ul> <p>Cross-Functional Collaboration</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth execution and high-quality outcomes. </li><li>Conduct regular meetings to provide status updates, address issues, and foster transparent communication across teams. </li><li>Facilitate effective collaboration among content creators, developers, and marketing specialists to align deliverables with business needs. </li></ul> <p>Risk Management & Performance</p> <ul> <li>Identify and mitigate potential project risks or roadblocks; proactively develop contingency plans. </li><li>Monitor project progress using tools and dashboards, adjusting plans as needed to stay aligned with goals. </li><li>Track project expenses, ensuring alignment with budgets and maximizing cost-efficiency. </li></ul> <p>Digital Strategy & Optimization</p> <ul> <li>Research and recommend innovative tools, technologies, and approaches to enhance digital presence and lead generation. </li><li>Audit and analyze all marketing lead sources to ensure brand consistency and accuracy in phone numbers, email, pricing, and images. </li><li>Review online presence for multiple properties and provide strategic recommendations for improvement. </li></ul> <p>Vendor & Website Management</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with third-party vendors on website development, troubleshooting, asset delivery, and internal feedback integration. </li><li>Support regular updates to property websites, ensuring accurate and compelling content including amenities, photos, and business hours. </li><li>Ensure high standards of brand presentation and user experience across all web platforms. </li></ul> <p>Reporting & Analysis</p> <ul> <li>Generate and interpret website performance reports; deliver actionable insights to improve engagement and outcomes. </li><li>Investigate and resolve marketing-related issues such as integration errors or incorrect online information. </li></ul> <p>Supervisory Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Within 3 months of hire, will lead, mentor, and manage 1-2 Digital Marketing Specialists, providing guidance on goal setting, skill development, and performance management. </li><li>Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging diverse perspectives to drive continuous improvement. </li><li>Ensure alignment of web-design strategies with overall business goals and digital needs and framework. </li><li>Review and approve website and digital collateral, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices. </li><li>Oversee team operations, including training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution, in accordance with company policies. </li></ul> <p>Additional Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Perform other related duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive mindset. </li><li>Occasional travel may be required. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Reasonable accommodation may be arranged to facilitate individuals with disabilities in fulfilling the essential duties of this role.</p> <p>Education and/or Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university is preferred. </li><li>3-5 years of direct experience managing websites, CMS platforms, or supporting digital/social media marketing initiatives. </li><li>A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience required. </li><li>Proven ability to deliver digital projects on time and within budget. </li><li>Solid understanding of digital technologies including CMS, web development, mobile applications, and marketing tools. </li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt to evolving priorities. </li><li>Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable interpreting performance data and resolving issues. </li><li>Technically savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software/tools. </li></ul> <p>#LI-JS1</p>
