Whether you're starting your career, looking for growth, or seeking a positive environment, we're excited to invest in you.</p> <p>Chick-fil-A The Gardens Mission:</p> <p>"To provide an unparalleled quick service experience by building trust and inspiring humans to be their best."</p> <p>Compensation:</p> <ul> <li>$18.00-$19.00/hour </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate daily back-of-house operations, including Team Member shifts, breaks, and placement </li><li>Open, transition, and close the restaurant following proper procedures to ensure that the team for the current and following shift is set up successfully to serve guests </li><li>Oversee food preparation and ensure all menu items meet Chick-fil-A's quality standards. </li><li>Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations. </li><li>Ensure adherence to procedures for food handling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance. </li><li>Work in multiple positions of the restaurant at any given time during the day to meet business demands </li><li>Work alongside Management to ensure the business is moving forward </li><li>Train Team Members and ensure they are consistently monitoring food quality, temperatures, and maintaining a clean work environment </li><li>Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and make quick decisions on a daily basis based on the operation need at any given moment </li><li>Work in a fast-paced, multiple levels, high volume environment leading our team to deliver remarkable service </li><li>Beginner experience in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, iPads, and POS system. </li><li>Back of House Shift Lead will ensure daily Food and Quality Assessments are completed, manage breaks, cleaning checklists, and complete setups. </li><li>Reports to the Kitchen Manager </li></ul> <p>Note: Shift Lead responsibilities are not limited to the ones listed above and from time to time may be required to perform additional duties to support business demands</p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Experience in quick service, hospitality, or customer service industry </li><li>Minimum high school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Bend and lift up to 50lbs </li><li>Stand for long periods of time </li><li>Can successfully uphold and demonstrate Chick-fil-A The Gardens Values of humility, integrity, ingenuity, and perseverance </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Sunday's Off </li><li>Health, Dental, Vision Insurance </li><li>Life Insurance </li><li>Discounted meal every shift </li><li>Competitive Pay </li><li>Scholarship Opportunities </li><li>Career Advancement Opportunities </li><li>Leadership Development </li><li>Culture of care and welcoming environment </li></ul> <p>Availability/Schedule</p> <ul> <li>Part-time or Full-time availability (15+ hours/week) </li><li>Available at least 3 days per week </li><li>Able to open (9:30am start) or close (9:30pm finish) at least 4 days per week </li></ul> <p>Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
