If the answer to these questions is yes, then we need to talk.</p> <p>We are a company dedicated to a set of core values which provide the foundation for building a company we are proud of while purposely creating value for our residents, team members and clients.</p> <p>Dietz Property Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at one of our residential communities in the Westerville, OH area.</p> <p>Dietz Property Group is offering a $1,000.00 Sign On Bonus plus a competitive base wage, commissions, bonus and an excellent benefits package including: Health/dental/vision benefits, 401(k) with company match, Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) program, Paid Sick Leave (PSL), 12 paid Holidays per year, Paid Bereavement, Paid Jury Duty, Life and more!</p> <p>OVERVIEW:</p> <p>As Maintenance Supervisor you are responsible for the repair and upkeep of the community by doing the following:</p> <ul> <li>Supervision of maintenance technicians and/or grounds keeper </li><li>Team coaching and development </li><li>Making recommendations, obtaining proposals and oversight of unit rehabilitation and capital improvement projects </li><li>Performing and overseeing resident service requests </li><li>Ensuring exceptional product readiness </li><li>Performing and overseeing grounds maintenance </li><li>Maintenance inventory </li><li>Maintenance budget and expense control </li><li>Preventative maintenance </li><li>Coordination and oversight of maintenance vendors and city inspections </li><li>Reporting to the Community Director </li><li>In addition to the daily management and planning of technician tasks, the person chosen for this role will also be responsible for understanding, applying and adhering to OSHA safety standards </li></ul> <p>THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience with at least 1 year as a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Tech </li><li>Excellent skills in carpentry, electrical and plumbing and at least 3 years experience using these professionally </li><li>Proven leadership skills and ability to effectively manage 1-2 maintenance techs </li><li>A great customer service attitude </li><li>Proven ability to effectively supervise vendors </li><li>Ability to successfully manage capital improvement projects </li><li>A valid, current driver's license </li><li>HVAC certification is preferred </li><li>Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred </li></ul> <p>WORK SCHEDULE:</p> <p>This is a full-time position and on-call hours are scheduled on a rotating basis.</p> <p>READY TO JOIN OUR RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM?</p> <p>Interested?
