<p>Shift Leader</p> <p>A Shift Leader must have chick fil a experience and is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture, and has a servant's heart. They have a passion for people and serving others, possess strong character, take initiative, and work with a sense of urgency at all times.</p> <p>Shift Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and holding team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. Their two main areas of focus are ensuring the restaurant runs effectively by completing necessary operational tasks and coaching/developing team members to reach their full potential.</p> <p>Shift Leaders lead by example, setting the tone and standard for the entire team.
