<p>Early Childhood Education - Quality Improvement Coordinator (Remote in CO)</p> <p>Make a lasting impact in early childhood education.</p> <p>We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Improvement Coordinator to join our team at Early Learning Ventures (ELV), a nonprofit committed to improving the quality of early care and education across Colorado. In this role, you'll help shape programs that support our youngest learners by improving systems, supporting data-driven decision making, and partnering with providers and internal teams to advance outcomes for children and families.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize and enhance organizational processes and procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Support annual program self-assessments, Early Head Start (EHS) grant applications, and preparation of Program Information Reports.</p> </li><li> <p>Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, child care partners, and community stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Use ELV's Alliance CORE data management system to track, analyze, and report on program performance and EHS compliance.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide actionable recommendations to improve service delivery and support continuous quality improvement.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform additional duties as assigned to support EHS and organizational goals.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 8 years' experience in continuous quality improvement, early childhood education, Head Start/Early Head Start, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>Professional training or experience with infant and toddler development, Quality Rating and Improvement Systems (QRIS), CLASS (Classroom Assessment Scoring System), or similar quality improvement tools preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding and application of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) methodologies and tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to analyze and interpret data to drive planning and improvement.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated leadership and relationship-building skills, especially with early childhood education programs and community partners.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in child welfare, child care administration, or program evaluation is a plus.</p> </li></ul> <p>Ready to improve outcomes for young children?</p> <p>Join a mission-driven organization that values innovation, collaboration, and impact.
