You will leverage your advanced architecture capabilities and collaborate with colleagues across the organization to promote best-in-class outcomes.</p> <p>Job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Advises cross-functional teams on technology selection to achieve target state architecture and decisions on improvements to current technologies </li><li>Develops multi-year roadmaps aligned with business and architecture strategy and priorities </li><li>Creates complex and scalable coding frameworks using appropriate software design </li><li>Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others </li><li>Serves as the function's go-to subject matter expert </li><li>Contributes to the development of technical methods in specialized fields in line with the latest product development methodologies </li><li>Creates durable, reusable software frameworks that improves velocity and quality of output across teams and functions </li><li>Champions the firm's culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>Formal training or certification on data architecture concepts and 10+ years applied experience. In addition, 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise. </li><li>Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability </li><li>Expertise in one or more programming languages </li><li>Deep knowledge in one or more software, applications, and architecture </li><li>Advanced knowledge of software architecture, application development, and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.) </li><li>Experience applying expertise and new methods to determine solutions for complex architecture problems in one or more technical disciplines </li><li>Experience leading a product as a Product Owner or Product Manager </li><li>Ability to present and effectively communicate to Senior Leaders and Executives </li><li>Understanding of the business </li><li>Practical cloud native experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience in the Marketing domain is preferred </li><li>Prior experience leading architecture teams is a plus </li></ul>
