<p>The City and County of Broomfield Custodial team is looking for a Part-Time Custodian to perform detailed cleaning at the Broomfield Community Center. They may also work in other City and County buildings as needed for coverage.</p> <p>This position works the night shift, 9:00 pm - 1 am, Sunday - Thursday.</p> <p>Total Compensation Package</p> <p>Custodian I Salary Range: $19.35 - $26.19/hour </p> <p>Custodian II Salary Range: $22.26 - $30.12/hour</p> <p>PLUS $2/hour night shift differential</p> <p>Free Recreation Center Pass (Gym & Pool)</p> <p>Paid time off</p> <p>Medical, dental, & vision insurance</p> <p>6% employer retirement match</p> <p>Wellness discount on insurance premiums available</p> <p>Performs general maintenance to municipal buildings including cleaning offices, breakrooms, locker rooms, restrooms, and public areas.</p> <p>Custodian II is additionally responsible for using floor care machines for stripping, buffing, and waxing.</p> <p>Education: Completion of eighth grade or equivalent</p> <p>Experience:</p> <p>Custodian I - None</p> <p>Custodian II -  1 year commercial custodial experience. Demonstrated skill with floor care machines.</p> <p>After one year, Custodian Is are eligible to be promoted to Custodian II.</p> <p>NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>Must be at least 18 years old. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and safe driving record. New hires must, as a condition of employment, pass the following pre-offer and post-offer/hire processes: in-person or virtual interviews, reference checks, background checks including local police check and sex-offender registry, DMV check, and pre-placement physical.
