National Account Executives at LaunchCode are sales-driven professionals responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base of companies seeking skilled technical talent. Working within a dedicated sales pod alongside Account Managers and Sourcing Managers, the National Account Executive focuses primarily on prospecting, business development, and creating new placement opportunities.</p> <p>Specifics</p> <ul> <li> <p>Full-Time Salaried Position</p> </li><li> <p>Reports to the CEO</p> </li><li> <p>Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $105,000</p> </li><li> <p>Fully Remote</p> </li></ul> <p>Role Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets</p> </li><li> <p>Activate new and dormant accounts to generate and qualify new business opportunities, maintaining a robust sales pipeline for placing candidates into roles at company partners</p> </li><li> <p>Expand active accounts by being a strategic partner to clients</p> </li><li> <p>Prospect, identify, and develop relationships with decision-makers at companies</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and capitalize on market trends to expand LaunchCode's client portfolio</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct outreach campaigns to secure meetings with potential clients and present LaunchCode's value proposition for hiring nontraditional tech talent</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate closely with Account Managers, who handle ongoing client relationships, and Sourcing Managers, who match candidates to opportunities</p> </li><li> <p>Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and conversion metrics</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>3+ years of experience in sales, business development, and/or account management, preferably in the staffing/recruiting or technology sectors</p> </li><li> <p>Experience negotiating and driving sales with senior management in large organizations</p> </li><li> <p>A history and strong desire to search for, qualify, nurture, and close deals</p> </li><li> <p>Proven track record of managing and growing a book of business exceeding $1.5M in net earned revenue</p> </li><li> <p>Strong ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts</p> </li></ul> <p>Nice to haves</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience with technical talent development, including the ability to engage deeply with technical hiring managers</p> </li><li> <p>Passion for data-driven decisions</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce)</p> </li></ul> <p>About LaunchCode</p> <p>LaunchCode is a nonprofit cultivating and adding new talent to technology ecosystems across the nation through free, accessible technical education, job readiness training, and innovative talent solutions for companies of all sizes.
