<p>Macedonia Chick-fil-A is looking for experienced Back of</p> <p>House Shift Managers who are driven to coach and develop others while</p> <p>exhibiting a passion to serve! *Please note, this position requires year round full time availability to be considered for the $20hr pay rate.</p> <ul> <li>CLOSED ON SUNDAY!!! </li><li>401(k) Profit Sharing </li><li>Paid Vacation after 12 months of service </li><li>Health Insurance </li></ul> <p>Chick-fil-A Shift Manager Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Open and/or close the restaurant leading the shift as a key holder in a "hands on" management position </li><li>Develop others with coaching, training and accountability and leading by example </li><li>Effectively manage and lead a team of people serving our guests while </li></ul> <p>maintaining our operating standards to provide the best hospitality and</p> <p>guest experience</p> <ul> <li>Coaching, teaching and training team members on policies and procedures and create a positive work environment for everyone </li><li>Maintain a work environment that ensures the highest level of food safety and cleanliness standards for our team and guests </li></ul> <p>Chick-fil-A Shift Manager Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>You must be hard working, team oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer service skills. </li><li>Reliable transportation with a current driver's license is required </li><li>Be authorized to work in the United States </li><li>Be at least 18 years old </li><li>Must have a High School diploma or equivalent </li><li>Be available to work a minimum 35 hours per week and be available on Saturdays- time off can be given for special requests </li><li>Have at least one-year previous management or leadership experience in a restaurant or similar work environment </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Saturday availability is REQUIRED. </li></ul> <p>We are seeking motivated and focused individuals who truly want to make a</p> <p>difference.
