This pivotal role ensures operational excellence across all areas of the division, while maintaining alignment with institutional values and strategic goals.</p> <p>As a successful candidate, you will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead and manage staff responsible for quality, compliance, and regulatory affairs</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee the integration and compliance of Transfusion Medicine information systems and data across the division</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and maintain licensing/accreditation through direct interaction with external agencies</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with the Director of Transfusion Medicine to implement strategic initiatives that support the division's mission and vision</p> </li><li> <p>Drive continuous improvement in operational workflows and data integrity</p> </li></ul> <p>Your qualifications should include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor of Science degree</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years of experience in Blood Banking and blood/cell therapy manufacturing (or equivalent regulated medical manufacturing environment) with 3 years of supervisory experience.</p> </li><li> <p>California license as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist or Immunohematology limited license; or will obtain either California license within 6 months from date of hire.</p> </li></ul> <p>City of Hope employees pay is based on the following criteria: work experience, qualifications, and work location.</p> <p>City of Hope is an equal opportunity employer.</p> <p>To learn more about our Comprehensive Benefits, please CLICK HERE.</p>
