<p>Memphis, TN</p> <p>DSG8659</p> <p>HEAD OF SECURITY</p> <p>Our client is seeking a highly motivated individual to come join their talented team. The Head of Security will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive information security strategy to protect the company's digital assets, intellectual property, and operational technologies. The Head of Security will work with all areas of the business to develop a "best in class" information security and compliance program to assess appropriate technology platform risks and protect the company's informational assets. As such, the Head of Security acts as an advisor to the company's CIO regarding compliance with the Information Security Policies. Responsibilities include strategy, architecture, solutions design, program coordination and execution, awareness, outreach, business management, risk management, Incident management and reporting on information security program effectiveness. This position requires a seasoned leader with strong business acumen and detailed working knowledge of information security technologies, practices, policies, and their application to a business. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement an enterprise-wide information security strategy and program. </li><li>Oversee the protection of operational technologies (OT) and industrial control systems (ICS) </li><li>Establish and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards to comply with industry regulations and best practices </li><li>Ensure Compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) </li><li>Negotiate security requirements in contracts and service level agreements </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field </li><li>Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) is preferred </li><li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership position </li><li>Proven experience in securing operational technologies (OT) And industrial control systems(ICS) in a manufacturing environment </li></ul> <p>Please forward resume(s) to Dotty Summerfield Giusti to dsummerfield@summerfield.net</p> <p>SUMMERFIELD ASSOCIATES, INC. is an award winning and nationally recognized leader in the consulting and recruiting industry.
