<p>About the Practice</p> <p>Dr. Walter Felton has practiced dentistry in the Richmond, Virginia area for over 35 years and truly enjoys helping our patients with their dental needs. Dr. Felton started his own dental practice so he could create the unique work environment he wanted We provide a wide variety of comprehensive dental services are all available under one roof and we have a celebratory atmosphere when a treatment plan is completed and the patient is happy.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>We are looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator team member who will:</p> <ul> <li>Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans. </li><li>Schedules and confirms patient appointments. </li><li>Verifies insurance for all clinical appointments. </li><li>Enters information on dental software in patient accounts. </li><li>Ensures and reviews entire patient account for complete and accurate information. </li><li>Collects all monies due for services rendered. </li><li>Develops and maintains doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary. </li><li>Support marketing and promotional activities to increase and stimulate new patient growth. </li><li>Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment. </li><li>Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. </li><li>Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred. </li></ul> <p>Benefits Offered</p> <p>In return for providing an excellent patient experience, we offer a great benefits package to include health and dental benefits, 401(k), holiday pay and paid time off.</p> <p>Salary Range</p> <p>24.00 per hour</p> <p>Requisition Number</p> <p>2025-16667</p>
