We are committed to family values, employee growth, and active community involvement.</p> <p>Job Details</p> <ul> <li>Salary: Competitive compensation </li><li>Job Type: Full-Time </li><li>Location: Dearborn, MI </li><li>Work Hours: In-person, typical business hours </li></ul> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Automotive Service Advisor is responsible for scheduling service appointments, advising customers on vehicle maintenance, and coordinating with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves communication with customers to identify their vehicle needs and presenting service options clearly and professionally.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their vehicle service needs. </li><li>Obtain accurate customer and vehicle information and enter repair order documentation. </li><li>Advise customers on maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer specifications. </li><li>Provide cost estimates for labor and parts, obtaining customer approval before work begins. </li><li>Coordinate with dispatch and technicians to schedule and track service progress. </li><li>Follow up with customers regarding updates, service changes, or additional repair recommendations. </li><li>Deliver vehicles to customers and address any questions or concerns. </li><li>Maintain clean and organized service and waiting areas. </li><li>Work to maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) ratings and departmental standards. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Ability to stand, talk, hear, walk, and sit frequently. </li><li>Occasional use of hands for handling, reaching, climbing, stooping, or crouching. </li><li>Occasionally lift or move up to 10 pounds. </li><li>Exposure to exhaust fumes and airborne particles possible. </li><li>Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision. </li></ul> <p>Company Values</p> <p>We live by accountability, responsibility, respect, communication, teamwork, and passion.
