<p>VRF National Accounts Manager - Northeast</p> <ul> <li>This is a virtual/remote position. High consideration given to applicants </li></ul> <p>residing in or within Philadelphia, Pittsburg, DC or Baltimore Areas *</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <p>The National VRF Account Manager is responsible for all aspects and daily functions of their respective region's VRF activities. This position supports the vital business and product metrics required to meet the company goals and objectives. The position will develop a team in areas of development which include but are not limited to sales; training; marketing; and application support.</p> <p>How You Will Do It:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Hires, trains, and supervises sales support team.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides sales management and marketing for local sales channels.</p> </li><li> <p>Develops annual department budget and endures to deliver all achievements within agreed budget and time.</p> </li><li> <p>Develops and handles relationship with sales channels and enhances their development of VRF knowledge and focus.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists in driving the specification in the local market.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures that all project information is inputted and regularly updated in CRM.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for regular updates of sales pipeline management.</p> </li><li> <p>Develops joint action plans in conjunction with branches, applied representatives, and distributors for planned growth in VRF.</p> </li><li> <p>Acts as an extension to the training department to train staff and sales channels with regularly scheduled activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Develops and recommends product positioning, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long term market share.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepares analysis of driven activity for management as well as prepares plan to overcome driven obstacles.</p> </li><li> <p>Establishes and maintains key relationships with influencers and strategic partners to increase market transparency.</p> </li><li> <p>Establishes JCI VRF presence at key local associations such as (ACCA, ASHRAE, MCCA, HARDI).</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for coordinating all local VRF related events including trade shows and engineering seminars.</p> </li><li> <p>Travel 25-30% throughout region.</p> </li></ul> <p>What We Look For:</p> <p>Required</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years HVAC or industrial experience</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years' experience selling VRF</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM</p> </li><li> <p>Critical thinking and problem solving of technical problems</p> </li><li> <p>Outstanding social skills</p> </li><li> <p>Well versed in handling multi-task projects</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to travel within assigned region (PA, DC, MD, IN, MI, LA, NC, SC)</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred</p> <ul> <li> <p>MA/MS degree</p> </li><li> <p>Engineering experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment</p> </li><li> <p>10 plus years' experience in VRF, HVAC sales or industrial experience</p> </li><li> <p>Technical experience with BMS/BAS, Chillers, Applied HVAC</p> </li><li> <p>Professional Engineer certification</p> </li><li> <p>LEED A.P. and CEM accreditation a plus</p> </li></ul> <p>#LI-Remote</p>
