<p>Project Manager - Concrete Construction</p> <p>Reports To: Process Control Manager</p> <p>Classification: Full-Time, Exempt</p> <p>Location: Works in our Canal Fulton, OH office</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>Lindsay Precast is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead concrete construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil or concrete contracting and a passion for delivering successful projects on time and within budget.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Project Leadership & Execution</p> <ul> <li>Provide overall leadership for concrete projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution </li></ul> <p>Communication & Coordination</p> <ul> <li>Effectively communicate with team members, subcontractors, and clients </li><li>Coordinate with estimating, field leadership, and subcontractors </li></ul> <p>Safety & Quality</p> <ul> <li>Ensure adherence to safety protocols and identify areas for improvement </li><li>Deliver high-quality construction projects that meet client expectations </li></ul> <p>Planning & Scheduling</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain project schedules </li><li>Support strategic planning initiatives and ensure compliance with the strategic plan </li></ul> <p>Change & Risk Management</p> <ul> <li>Manage change orders and document changes </li><li>Identify and mitigate project risks </li></ul> <p>Documentation</p> <ul> <li>Ensure that all project documentation is organized and complete </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <p>Base Salary Range: Based on experience</p> <p>Bonus Program: Annual bonus based on performance metrics</p>
