To learn more about Team OC please visit??https://www.orthocarolina.com/about-us</p> <p>We are searching for a Hospital Relations and Medical Education Manager to join our Administrative team.</p> <p>The Manager, Hospital Relations and Medical Education, will build and manage meaningful partnerships under OrthoCarolina's hospital co-management and physician call agreements. In addition, this role will support the organization's physician medical education administration.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage?OrthoCarolina's?service line management/hospital co-management programs</p> </li><li> <p>Direct multiple monthly co-management Steering Committee and subcommittee meetings, these can be virtual or on-site at the hospital facility.? Major components of co-management meetings include the following:? ? develop meeting agenda and presentation, ? update and distribute Facility Co-Management?Metric Dashboard?, coordinate committee action plans?, drive discussion on future metrics?.</p> </li><li> <p>Supervise other team members who will manage individual service line management/hospital co-management programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Support?OrthoCarolina's?co-management and hospital facility call invoices, payments, and distributions to OC and non-OC physicians</p> </li><li> <p>Administrative support of?OrthoCarolina's?physician graduate medical education programs, including supporting the?OrthoCarolina?Corporate Fellowship Orientation program</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree?required</p> </li><li> <p>5 years management level experience in healthcare or related field?required.</p> </li><li> <p>Operational experience within complex healthcare environments, including strategic planning and financial oversight.</p> </li></ul> <p>Skills & Abilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Proven?track record?of providing thoughtful, strategic,?collaborative?and effective executive leadership with measurable results</p> </li><li> <p>Clear, concise communicator with experience tailoring messages to diverse audiences.</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to present complex information to executive leadership and stakeholders</p> </li><li> <p>Highly skilled and effective at implementation and follow-through</p> </li><li> <p>Develops, tracks, and oversees facility co-management metrics</p> </li><li> <p>Visionary and strategic thinking skills- great at connecting the dots and seeing patterns within systems and partnerships</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge and familiarity of the region and networks</p> </li></ul> <p>Employee Type</p> <p>Regular</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Skills</p> <p>Education</p> <p>Certifications</p> <p>Language</p> <p>Work Experience</p>
