<p>In this position you will oversee the strategic development and operational management of our service portfolio. You will lead a team, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer expectations. Your mission is to enhance Quincy Compressor's service offerings, including service plans, accessory products, and optimization solutions. You will also play a crucial role in driving revenue and profit growth through our direct and indirect channels by creating and managing business plans and fostering collaboration across teams. This position reports to Vice President, Aftermarket. Duties/Responsibilities: • Service Portfolio Management: Oversee the development, positioning, and market messaging of the service portfolio, ensuring it meets customer needs and market demands. • Team Leadership: Manage and provide guidance to master data team and Product Manager that alignment with business objectives. • Business Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business plans, including revenue and profit goals, pricing strategies, promotions, and product bundling initiatives. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams (including sales, marketing, engineering, and product management) to develop solutions, resolve issues, and enhance service offerings. • Sales and Marketing Support: Provide training, support, and service quoting materials for direct and indirect sales channels. Participate in monthly sales meetings to ensure alignment with regional objectives. • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training materials for direct and indirect sales teams on selling service plans, products, and services. Provide ongoing support as needed. • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and drive profitability. Stay up-to-date on industry developments to capitalize on emerging trends. • Customer Focus: Gather and prioritize customer feedback to improve service offerings, ensuring a customer-centric approach. Required Skills/Abilities: • Strong financial knowledge with the capacity to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities. • In-depth knowledge of compressors and related systems (air, oil, water, electrical). • Proven experience in sales, marketing, and pricing strategies, preferably in an aftermarket or industrial environment. • Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage teams and drive operational improvements. • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to develop and present materials to diverse audiences. • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Education and Experience: • University degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or service operations. • Experience managing a team in a technical or industrial setting. • Knowledge of software tools such as MS Office, Salesforce, and SAP</p>
