<p>UW Interco, LLC</p> <p>1st Shift - Monday-Thursday, 4:00am-2:30pm, 10hr/day</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Reporting to the Supervisor and working primarily with the Coating Line team. </li><li>Responsible for insuring safe, quality, productive operations of the coating line team on assigned shift. </li><li>Lead daily troubleshooting efforts. </li><li>Flexible and quick to assist team members, adapts to changing demands and readily provides support to the team. </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, tackling complex problems and finding effective solutions. </li><li>Implement continual improvements in assigned operation process and equipment. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Skills Required:</p> <ul> <li>Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success. </li><li>Team Player. </li><li>Good time manager. </li><li>Critical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills. </li><li>Must be safe and cautious. (Up to 60 lbs.) </li><li>Must wear appropriate protective equipment. </li><li>Must have strong Math Skills </li><li>Must have strong Trouble Shooting Skills </li><li>Must have strong mechanical skills. </li><li>Must be detail oriented. </li><li>Must have strong leadership skills. </li><li>Must be willing to be developed and to advance to the next position when called upon. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements and Travel:</p> <ul> <li>Lift up to 50 pounds. </li><li>Push utility carts up to 60 pounds. </li><li>Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts. </li><li>Stand up to ten (10) hours per day. </li><li>Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around. </li><li>Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standard. </li><li>Performs additional duties as assigned. </li><li>Currently, no travel duties. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <ul> <li>Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. </li><li>Frequently exposed to high, precarious places, fumes or airborne particles and dust. </li><li>The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. </li></ul> <p>Apogee and our brands are an equal opportunity employer.
