HURRY!!</p> <p>Join a Leader on the Automobile Industry and an Award-Winning Company!</p> <p>First Team Hampton Chevrolet is a leader in Customer Service - and our award-winning Service Department is in IMMEDIATE need of a Service Porter!!</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Move vehicles from service write up area to designated parking places. </li><li>Return vehicles to customers after service, making sure that vehicle is clean, in good working order, and thank the customer for their business. </li><li>Monitor parking and accessibility to service entrance at all times, making inquiries as needed to ensure the driveways are clear. </li><li>Shuttle customer to and from First Team dealership </li><li>Transport vehicles to other dealerships </li><li>Any other duties needed to provide unequaled excellence in customer service. </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must have clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations </li><li>Must be able to drive both an automatic and manual car shift </li><li>Must be at least 18 years old </li><li>High school diploma or GED required </li><li>Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos </li><li>Self-Starter with proven ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the dealership and customer satisfaction </li><li>High level of initiative and ability to work in a team </li></ul> <p>Additional Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Adherence to Company attendance and punctuality standards. </li><li>Adherence to Company timekeeping standards; Employees are required to record the beginning and ending times of any shift, meal break or departure from work for personal reasons. </li><li>Maintain the Company's appearance and decorum standards. </li><li>Follow the Code of Business Ethics and Conduct. </li><li>Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record. </li><li>MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREENINGS! </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>This physically demanding position requires frequent movement; i.e. bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and getting into and out of various vehicles repeatedly during the work shift. </li></ul>
