We are proud to offer an extensive and iconic portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets.</p> <p>If you are a current associate of Primo Brands, please apply via myADP.</p> <p>Factory Location: Breinigsville, PA (Allentown - East)</p> <p>Compensation: $40.37 / hour Raise of $0.50 at 90 and again at 180 days of employment</p> <p>Schedule: 6:00am - 2:00pm, Monday-Friday</p> <p>Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>This position is responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on all plant machinery and equipment to sustain production at high efficiency levels.</p> <p>Maintain equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and fluid handling systems.</p> <p>Accurately record project activities and prepares appropriate operating standards and/or maintenance procedures for all equipment and processes.</p> <p>Maintain cleanliness of maintenance equipment area.</p> <p>Maintain appropriate inventory of maintenance supplies.</p> <p>Establish and maintain communication with appropriate equipment vendors and suppliers.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience; additional technical training or certifications desired</p> <p>Three or more years proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment</p> <p>Candidates must complete the Mechanical Aptitude Test before being considered</p> <p>Prior experience with high-and low-pressure compressors, chillers, water treatment, boilers is preferred</p> <p>Strong technical knowledge of compressed air systems (pneumatics), electrical systems, hydraulics and water processing is preferred</p> <p>Knowledge of bottling equipment, PM programs and SAP system preferred</p> <p>Must have electrical knowledge of single and three phase power including the ability to diagnose and replace electric motors</p> <p>Must be able to work and accomplish projects with little to zero supervision</p> <p>Must be able to foster and build a team-work environment</p> <p>Communicate effectively with operators, technicians, mechanics, and supervisors</p> <p>Able to read, interpret, and analyze computer generated reports and accurately complete all tasks</p> <p>Must be able to do physical inspections of equipment that will require climbing, reaching, and extending arms overhead</p> <p>Ability to pass a Ramsay aptitude test</p> <p>Able to lift and pull 50 lbs. as needed while performing work</p> <p>Must be proficient reading mechanical drawings / schematics and OEM technical prints</p> <p>Proficient computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office applications</p> <p>Available for call-ins or to cover all shifts to support production teams as required</p> <p>Work together with Safety department to achieve a zero-injury workplace</p> <p>Must display a positive mental attitude and be open to a fast paced ever changing work environment</p> <p>Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.</p>
