This hire will be part of the HR Total Rewards team and will support the efficient and effective delivery of key HR benefits and data initiatives. This hire will have the ability and expertise to conduct thorough analysis, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and have an excellent sense of time management.</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li>Respond to employee benefits inquiries daily, escalating complex cases to the Benefits Director as needed. </li><li>Responsible for Leave Administration Program, including speaking with employees, working with 3rd party vendors, auditing Workday and HR data and keeping Head of Benefits, managers and HR Business Partners updated with weekly status reports; send out employee gifts when applicable. </li><li>Conduct weekly Benefits Orientations. </li><li>Audit and reconcile benefits invoices and submit for payment prior to applicable due dates, ensuring 100% accuracy; flag incorrect enrollment data to vendors and resolve prior to submission. </li><li>Coordinate global wellness programs including onsite health fairs, virtual seminars, and ongoing programming. </li><li>Update organizational charts monthly. </li><li>Audit and reconcile weekly file data between Workday and benefits vendors ensuring accuracy, including healthcare, ancillary programs and COBRA. </li><li>Monitor employee termination process with COBRA vendor to ensure coverage is correct with all carriers. </li><li>Troubleshoot with employees and vendors (e.g., claims questions) and escalate issues to benefits broker and Head of Benefits as needed. </li><li>Review employee benefits changes requests and updates including dependent eligibility, life events, and domestic partner applications. </li><li>Maintain benefits folders including contracts and plan summaries. </li><li>Develop foundational proficiency in data tools such as Python, R, and Tableau to support analytics, reporting, and automation initiatives. </li></ul> <p>The qualities you should have:</p> <ul> <li>Undergraduate degree required. </li><li>4+ years of HR experience in financial services or related industry. </li><li>Experience with HRIS systems and maintaining accurate data; knowledge of Workday a plus. </li><li>Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to learn and utilize tools such as Python, R and Tableau. </li><li>Ability to work autonomously. </li><li>Demonstrate a proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and flexibility in meeting deadlines and supporting the team. </li><li>Dynamic and effective communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Exceptional organization and execution skills. </li><li>Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. </li><li>Ability to build positive, collaborative relationships with team members, internal partners, and business leaders, with a strong focus on service and support. </li></ul> <p>Base Salary range: $100,000 to $125,000. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Compensation may vary based upon, but not limited to - the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.</p> <p>We value our people and offer a broad range of benefits.
