<p>Join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor, where you'll ensure the safety, reliability, and operability of our equipment while playing a vital role in our day-to-day operations.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Cultivate a proactive safety culture focused on continuous improvement. </li><li>Maintain equipment reliability through preventative maintenance and repair procedures. </li><li>Oversee spare parts inventory and manage supply orders as needed </li><li>Develop timelines for repairs, ensuring projects stay on track. </li><li>Conduct regular site visits to identify and resolve equipment issues. </li><li>Maintain and document accurate maintenance logs. </li><li>Assist with budget estimates and project cost analysis. </li><li>Follow and enforce company safety procedures. </li><li>This position requires some traveling. </li></ul> <p>Skills & Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Expertise in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. </li><li>Strong planning, organizational, and leadership abilities. </li><li>Ability to detect malfunctions using sound and visual cues. </li><li>Skilled in the use of power and hand tools. </li><li>High attention to detail. </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience. </li><li>Welding experience (preferred). </li><li>Experience repairing metal processing equipment, heavy machinery, and trucks. </li><li>High school diploma or GED equivalent. </li></ul> <p>#LI-Onsite</p>
