<p>Job Summary</p> <p>We are seeking an outgoing and motivated Community Outreach & Marketing Specialist to increase local brand awareness for our daycare and help generate interest from families in the community. The primary focus of this role is grassroots marketing, community engagement, and digital presence.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Promote the daycare brand within the local community</p> </li><li> <p>Build relationships with local businesses, schools, libraries, pediatric offices, and family organizations</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in and support community events, open houses, and outreach activities</p> </li><li> <p>Distribute marketing materials and identify new local marketing opportunities</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with social media posts, online inquiries, and basic digital marketing</p> </li><li> <p>Track leads and community outreach efforts</p> </li><li> <p>Support scheduling of daycare tours</p> </li><li> <p>Follow up with interested families</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with enrollment-related questions</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in outreach, marketing, sales, or customer-facing roles</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable representing a family-focused brand</p> </li><li> <p>Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented</p> </li><li> <p>Childcare or education experience is a plus, but not required</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <ul> <li> <p>Hourly Rate: based on experience</p> </li><li> <p>Performance Bonus: Monthly bonuses tied to lead generation and enrollments</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour</p> <p>This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
