Developmental Pathways (DP) is seeking a Director of Accounting & Billing to lead our finance operations, elevate our financial processes, and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organization.</p> <p>In this critical leadership role, you will get to oversee accounting, billing, and accounts payable operations while serving as a key strategic partner to leadership across the organization. You will get to lead the development of financial processes, enhance internal controls, support key audits, and implement technology-forward solutions, including automation and AI, to improve workflows and reporting.</p> <p>This role offers a 4-day, 40-hour work week, Monday-Thursday. DP operates a primarily hybrid work environment with in-person requirements at our Aurora, Colorado office.
